How could 1/3 of rebel against god after experiencing his loving presence?
If there were a total of 30 million angels, this would mean that 10 MILLION of them left the presence of this omnibenevolent god. How could this happen after all they've experienced with god and his glory? How could pride ever enter their being while existing in such a glorious atmosphere?
Why did Adam and Eve eat the forbidden fruit? Well, until they ate it they did not have the knowledge of good and evil.

    They were influenced by a deceiver and made their choices. Why was the forbidden fruit eaten when Adam and Eve had everything…again, deception.
