We just lost a dear friend, a young man who was only 23 years old…he killed himself with a drug overdose.
Ironically, he killed his friend 3 years ago while drivng drunk!
He spent 3 yrs. in jail, but never got help or counseling for dealing with his guilt or pain.
How very lost & sad he must have felt to make the decision to end his own life.
I hope he has finally found peace.

@quansilunglo Thank You. I have to drive by the place he wrecked every time I leave the house. I don’t think I will ever get over the pain. Every time I go around that curve and see the cross I put up I am suddenly taken back to that night. I know things happen for a reason but I don’t think we should out live our children.
